Refund Policy

At Super Million Hair, we ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our products. If you need to request a refund, here is our policy:

1. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are applicable on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Refund requests should be made within a week of receiving the product.

2. Refund Process:

  • For orders paid online, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 4 to 7 working days.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

3. Conditions for Refund:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
  • The refund request must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items:If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at hello@supermillionhair.in with pictures of the product. Upon verification, we will process your refund.

5. Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

6. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned for a refund, such as personalized or custom-made products (if applicable).
