All prices are subject to GST and are correct at the time of printing. Yayy Beauty Private Limited reserves the right to alter prices without prior notification.
Payment is due to Yayy Beauty Private Limited in full prior to dispatch of goods. The goods will remain the property of Yayy Beauty Private Limited until paid for in full by The Buyer.
A cancellation after any order has been dispatched is not acceptable.
If there is an error regarding product or price Yayy Beauty Private Limited have the right to cancel the order up until the goods have been received.
The Delivery of Goods will only be made to the address specified by The Buyer. Yayy Beauty Private Limited does not offer the service of delivering goods to a neighbor or leaving goods in another safe place, if The Buyer as such requests this from the postal/courier service it is at The Buyers own risk.
Delivery rates may vary upon the service when placing any order, depending on the service that you require. It is The Buyers responsibility to supply a correct delivery address at the time of placing any order. Yayy Beauty Private Limited will accept no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control. Yayy Beauty Private Limited reserves the right to amend delivery rates without prior notification to The Buyer.
There are no delivery charges if product is purchased with a prepayment using a credit/debit card or any wallet. However, Cash on Delivery option is available at a delivery charge of Rs. 150 flat.
On the basis that an order is placed prior to 2.00pm on any working day, the order will be dispatched on the same day unless otherwise stated.
Yayy Beauty Private Limited will not accept any responsibility for missing or damaged goods unless Yayy Beauty Private Limitedis advised within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, thereby Yayy Beauty Private Limited is not liable to pay compensation on this basis.
All Goods supplied by Yayy Beauty Private Limited to The Buyer are subject to availability.
