Yes. One wash with your regular shampoo removes the mist and the fibers together. There is no special remover and nothing builds up if you wash at night. If you are not washing your hair that day, you can apply a fresh layer of fibers and a light layer of mist on top the next morning, though most customers prefer to start clean.
