Which shade are you?
Answer two quick questions. It takes about 10 seconds and works best standing near a window.
The picker is a starting point. If you are between two shades, the darker one usually looks more natural on dark Indian hair against the scalp.
The 3-step shade check
Stand in daylight
Near a window, not under yellow bathroom bulbs. Indoor light makes most hair look darker.
Look at your roots
Check the hair nearest the scalp, where you will apply fibers, not the sun-lightened ends.
Compare on white
Hold a white sheet of paper behind a lock of hair and compare with the swatches above.
In between two shades?
This happens most often between Black and Dark Brown. Fibers sit over the scalp as well as the hair, so a shade that is slightly too light shows more than one that is slightly too dark.
We don't recommend mixing two shades. Pick the single shade closest to your roots in daylight; if you are between two, choose the darker one.
Grey, dyed or henna-treated hair
Some grey
There is no grey shade in India. If you have grey hair, use Black or Dark Brown: the fibers mix with your grey strands and give a natural salt-and-pepper look. Choose the one closest to your darkest hair around the thinning area.
Dyed or coloured hair
Match the colour you see today near the roots. If your roots have grown out a different colour from the lengths, match whichever sits over the thinning area, since that is where the fibers go.
Henna
Henna adds a warm, reddish tone. Check in daylight: many henna-treated heads look closest to Medium or Light Brown, but it depends on your base colour, so a photo match is the safest route.

Which size should I buy?
Every shade comes in four sizes. How long a pack lasts depends on how large the area is and how often you apply.

Will the colour run in rain or sweat or stain my clothes?
No. The fibers are dry, colour-fast rayon, not a wet dye, so they do not bleed. Any loose fibers simply dust off clothing.
Can I exchange a shade that doesn't match?
No, we don't exchange packs after delivery, including for a wrong shade. If you're unsure, WhatsApp us a daylight photo of your roots before ordering and we'll suggest a shade.
Which size should I start with?
